Dan Stevens
Director - Operations
Dan travelled extensively in the Americas and. since joining Paradigm, has been doing business development in Colombia and Panama. He will be working in Latin America, sourcing new opportunities and clients. Dan has "hands on" experience on construction sites, large retail box stores, and residential building sites. He is marketing the firm services and participating in client mandates. He is a fluent Spanish speaker.
Tom Stevens
Managing Director
Tom has over 35 years of senior real estate experience, as CEO of a private company, as CIO of a Canadian pension fund real estate investment company, prior to being a senior consultant with the PwC Real Estate consulting group, which led to forming of Paradigm. He has significant project experience in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean, ranging from land development, resort development, office and retail development, in addition to the strategic consulting performed for numerous clients, both domestic and international.
Mike Stevens
Director - Tech & Media
Mike has many years experience in the technology sector, with emphasis on hardware and technical support systems. He has provided tech support to companies and individuals, with issues ranging from hardware selection, site implementation and ongoing administration. He will be responsible for web management, technology implementation and technical support.
